This is my first visit with this group of people. I LOVE MY EXPERIENCE! My eye Exam, was wonderful and I had the most awesome time picking out glasses with Keith. Let me up date this post please. I have now went back for 2 more pairs of glasses. This team is the best!! I misplaced my glasses. Keith went out in the cold and checked the lot for me. I then needed help with a referral and a replacement prescription. Jennifer was a great help getting me all squared away. Best signner inner ever!!

Lexi is great! This is the only place I'll buy glasses in person. She worked through the many options I was weighing and helped me find my perfect pair. Dr Flora is wonderful, too!

Love this place! Friendly and knowledgeable staff, thorough patient examinations and great record keeping! The eye glasses staff are also friendly and knowledgeable, it's not just your vision, but the confidence you have while wearing their products.

Keith made me feel like a million bucks I was so chicken up when I reach the office I have been in a car wreck I was so nervous and still kind of little traumatized but Keith just made me feel so relaxed and able to focus on me getting my glasses and I just love his energy thank you so much Keith from darla flippen

I have been a lifelong patient for many years and can say that I love this optometrist. And here are some things to know at the Southport location: *Dr. Shah and Dr. Flora listen to your needs and care about your eye health. I have had both doctors and love them. They are kind and caring people who will help as much as they can. But just be aware that not everyone may feel this way. * They maintain a sense of cleanliness and sanitize equipment before and after use, including the patient rooms. *They accept most, if not all insurance options. *I will say some of the staff come and go. They have not had the same staff members throughout the years so each customer will have different levels of experience. Some can be snippy and push you into pricey lenses or add on other things but you are in charge of your own financial needs and can always say "I will come back another time" or "I'm not buying today, thank you". If you are considering looking into an optometrist to visit, try looking on their website for info and schedule needs. :)
