I've lived in indy since college about 12 years ago. I've gone home for doctors until recently and reluctantly. This is my first new eye doctor since I was a kid and I really enjoyed them. I showed up early on a Saturday (about 20 minutes early) and they had me movin and groovin immediately. It was the perfect pace for me and I also enjoyed chatting with everyone there!

Vicky does an amazing job at the front desk--she's welcoming, organized, and makes check-in easy. Tiffany is a fantastic optician and very knowledgeable when it comes to helping patients choose the perfect glasses. Brandon is a great manager who leads the team well.

I have been going here for years but lately, their demeanor has been unfriendly and after the conversation I had this morning with doctor's assistant, it's time to find myself another doctor. I was there last month and asked to return on the 15th. I called to confirm the time and was told my appointment was not possible in the most disrespectful way. Why give me a date when you know I can't be serviced on the weekends.

I actually love my experience with this location, have been going here years. For the life of me though, I don't understand the text on Fridays saying no you can pick up frames but they are closed on Fridays while the other locations are open seems like all the time. I think I might have to switch because I never know when I need services and so quickly. Like today FRIDAY my currents are broke and they message me saying they are ready but closed

My visit was great as usual. Tiffany my eye ware technician did an excellent job of taking me through the various eye exams. The manager asked for my driver which I'm pretty certain was already on file since I've been coming here for 20 years . But other than that it was a great visit.

The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, even when my lack of preparedness for the visit didn't make it easy to find necessary insurance information. Dr. Till also worked very hard to made sure he gave me the right prescription, explaining details of the process more thoroughly than any other eye doctor I've been to. Plus, the eye pressure test was not the obnoxious puff of air that always makes me flinch. I didn't even realize it was happening!
