It's disappointing to feel pressured into unnecessary upgrades and follow-up visits. Healthcare professionals should prioritize accurate diagnoses and patient care, not insurance reimbursements or sales tactics. This experience left me questioning the integrity of the service provided.

Everyone I encountered was very professional, helpful and down right great people! The optometrist listened to my concerns and got me a perfect prescription for my glasses! When I came in to pick up my new glasses, I was immediately taken care of with supplies to last me and they made sure my glasses fit correctly! The GM is very unprofessional and rude. She has given me the run around for the past two weeks. Lying and saying my insurance isn't accepted, changing my scheduled appointment, and purposefully called the incorrect number so that she could say she tried to call. She is argumentative and unprofessional. I asked her for her superiors information and I am currently waiting on his call.
