Beware of this parking lot scam!!! We parked in the lot off Broad Ripple Ave and received a very threatening ticket for $60 even though we parked there after business hours. The signage is extremely un clear and impossible to pay without a cell phone or downloading an app. I would avoid this My Eye Doctor location simply based on the fact that they've hired such a predatory service like this to scam visitors and local business patrons. Look them up, PRRS. They have terrible reviews with the Better Business Bureau, and have had legal action taken against them in their hone state for fraudulently charging drivers. We tried to dispute, but they automatically denied it. Seems like a terrible way to encourage visitors from out of state to spend time an money with your local businesses!

First time visitor, great experience. Mary was kind when checking me in and Hanna was very patient and helpful when it came to selecting frames. Will be back.

Dr Godfrey is top notch! I had a wonderful experience with this facility- from scheduling the appointment to meeting the staff to the excellent care of Dr Godfrey. I am so grateful for the care I received in the midst of my first (and hopefully only) eye injury. I was uneasy about the prognosis after visiting the ER the night before, but after a visit with Dr Godfrey and staff, I felt relieved and at ease. As a bonus, Dr G is eager to educate, share stories, and make you laugh when you need it most! Very thankful for these guys!

My Eye Dr.in Broad Ripple is an excellent place for all your eye needs. Everyone is wonderful and very helpful and friendly. Special shout-out to: Diana, Dr. Hasty, Dr. Smith, Dr. Godfrey, Hanna, Brandy, Austin, Alicia, and Christina for always making me and all the customers feel like home when we are there. Best eye doctor I've ever been to! So personable and thorough exam, advocated for me to get the more comfortable contact model that I didn't know existed. Free pair of sunglasses with a purchase! $100 rebate and contacts were at my house the next day!

I need to shout out exceptional service from Cass, Dr Hasty, and Dr Smith in the Broad Ripple office. I have visited the office alone and with my elderly mother, and both of us have needed extra help with our eye care and our glasses purchases. Cass is artful in her ability to help us find stylish glasses that are suited to our face shapes while accommodating our prescriptions and the size and weight of the lenses. Mom has multiple eye diseases, which make fitting glasses a complex process. Cass has expertly helped me understand the science around mom's prescription, astigmatism, and magnification needs. Cass has patiently assisted my mom with multiple adjustments, and she always treats us as if we are her most important customers. Dr Hasty, my mom's optometrist, and Dr Smith, who has treated me and my children for many years, are exceptional at managing our family's eye health and addressing our vision needs. Both Dr Hasty and Dr Smith are knowledgeable and patient, and they go above and beyond the norm in providing excellent service. In fact, both have offered to go out of their way to take care of us in an emergency. Both doctors have directed us to ophthalmology specialists when medically necessary, something I especially appreciate when our vision is at stake. Dr. Hasty and Dr. Smith have both taken time to get to know us, and I trust them both implicitly with our eye care.

Dr Hannah Carter makes my day every time I get to see her. Her and the staff make me feel so comfortable and welcome. They answer my questions without any judgment. They have kept my eyes healthy and happy for years. I now drive an hour to my appointment because even after a move, I can't give up this perfect fit. Thank you all for your amazing work

Dr. Hasty and Dr. Cater are always patient and engaging being completely focused on your care.
