This is a very well run business. They reminded me regularly to come in for new glasses, after the first year, and thank heavens I finally did. They discovered that I had developed cataracts. When I was checked in, I was impressed by the competence of a woman named Beatrice. I looked for suitable frames for 20 minutes before Diana brought out the perfect frames. Dr. Bayley was pleasant and extremely competent. I recommend these folks highly.

Dr Bailey was awesome on her exam. Been going to this location for years. Beatrice was awesome as well explaining all the test. Diana was very awesome as well. Explaining everything on insurance & glasses. Everything had a great smile. Everyone in the office was very professional.

I've been going to this eye location for years. Dr. Jennifer Bailey is an always super nice feel well taken care. I do have an eye issue that was detected by the equipment that they have here and feel I am in good hands. The whole staff is great and Diana helped me pick out some cool frames for my prescription sunglasses that are coming soon. They have a good selection of frames and helped me stay close to what insurance will pay.

Dr. Bailey and her team are simply amazing! Beatrice and Diana are super helpful in finding the right glasses and aren't afraid to give their honest opinion. Heather is very professional and Dr. Bailey is as kind as they come.

Dr. Bailey always take the time to tend to my eyes and helped encourage me to follow-up with my PCM based on my symptoms. Most recently, Diana went above and beyond for our eldest child whose glasses went on their own journey to completion due to them being being outside glasses brought in to fill. Needless to say, our son is over the moon with how cool and fun they look and that he was able to get them filled at a location he is familiar with. All 4 members of our household wear glasses and patron this location because we appreciate the thoroughness Dr. Bailey and her team provide.

Once I get my "business" taken care of here I am not coming back. This office is just plain DRAMA. Unorganized. Dr. Bailey was rude, condescending and arrogant and when I reciprocated her behavior to her she tried to make nice and cover her tracks...too little too late. The females are ALWAYS back-biting each other, getting into arguments in front of customers and are petty. Every single time I've been in there. Just expect Diana to badmouth Beatrice and Beatrice to badmouth Diana, Julie to be overbearing and snarky with anyone and argue with Diana and Beatrice and YOU about how your glasses fit YOU, etc. it's so annoying and embarrassing quite frankly to witness. I've always felt dismissed in here. They will talk about customers that just left with other customers still there! GROW UP AND ACT LIKE ADULTS not spoiled bratty children seeking mother's attention! The only person working there with any class is Heather.

I absolutely loved my experience at this MyEyeDr location! They were all extremely friendly and the office efficiency is dynamic! They provided a thorough exam and all the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Bailey is awesome! I will definitely recommend her and this office to everyone!

I'm a long-time client and still this location after moving twice! Dr. Bailey gives prompt and through exams. And then I get great service (glasses and contacts) from the crew (Beatrice, Heather and Diana).
