Dr. Vinnie is a fantastic doctor! He has a wonderful bedside manner. It was very easy to talk to him about my eye issues. I felt very comfortable and in good hands! I will be back in a year for my next visit.

Everyone in this office is so nice, professional, competent and understanding. They work with your insurance company to make sure patients get the most out of our insurance coverage. I appreciate learning that my vision may be changing due to increased cataracts and increased dry eye conditions - not a changed prescription. I now have a new dry eye drop to add and will follow up with Dr. Maniscalco if these don't work.

The good: they are closest to me and its practical to have them around. Staff were nice to me and everything went smoothly. The UGLY : Without asking me they just went ahead and added a full year of contacts to my bill, I am so shy and I just said yes, but Id like to have the option to go for less months, a decent business would ask you first, right? but I sensed they were desperate for sales. They added an insurance that I don't even know how it works and never emailed my prescription, but only the receipt of transaction, no breakdown of the prescription. They did give me a reward option to get back some money, but only one of the two worked. .

This location and establishment was the best experience by far. They were able to get me an appointment as soon as possible and have made my experience very welcoming. I'm not sure why I haven't been coming here all this time but I'm very thankful for the staff and can't wait for my next exam next year.

I have been a patient at this eye doctor's office my entire life, even back when it was still Holland Eye Care. While I'm not as fond of the MyEyeDr. approach, I've stayed loyal to this office because of Dr. Till, who has been with the practice since long before the name change. Even though I've moved away from the area, I still return to see Dr. Till because she's become an essential part of my primary care team. I never feel rushed or like just another patient on the schedule. Dr. Till is always attentive, compassionate, and takes the time to truly listen to my concerns. She consistently shows a genuine interest in how I've been doing, which is something I find truly rare and comforting. Whether my questions are big or small, she always provides thoughtful, thorough answers, and her personalized care has made a huge difference in how I approach eye health as I age. I appreciate the way she educates me on the best practices for maintaining my vision, ensuring I understand the process every step of the way. Dr. Till's professionalism and warmth make me feel confident that my eye health is in great hands. I feel incredibly fortunate to have a doctor I can trust with my sight. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for an eye doctor who combines expertise with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

To be fair, I must say it's hard to give this location a 1 star review, however, i feel it's necessary. Also, I must say, most of the staff including the intake lady that helps check your eye pressure and the doctor are amazing. Now for the issue! The obstetrician however, is a thief and a liar. She will add costs onto your bill and miss-lead you into thinking things are covered by your insurance when they are not. For example, I heard her say it multiple times while I was there, "now with your insurance you get a 1 year insurance policy." This is deceptive, the insurance plan is an additional 30$ and is not "included". Also she will add everything possible to your bill. She will upgrade your lenses and add every coating possible without informing you. Beware! I pay for premium insurance so I should be able to walk away with a 0$ copay, however, she makes sure to get every penny possible out of you. Lastly, I raised this issue to the store manager after my wife and I got addition Bills in the mail, and rather comp my addition 16$ bill, she was happy to loose me as a customer by letting me return my glasses. We are a family of 5 who get glasses and exams every year, she really needs to learn about the lifetime value of a happy customer, rather the short term benefit of a one time gouge.

I had an irritation on my eyelids and wanted to see a doctor. I came into the office and they were able to get me an appointment that day. Everyone at the office was so friendly, patient and ready to help. I wish I remembered all their names to thank them. I felt very comfortable. I'm very happy with the whole experience. Dr. Till took care of me and made sure all of my questions were answered. Again everyone there was so pleasant, it made it a really good experience. First time visit. As someone seeking help for my eye health, I expected a level of professionalism and care that was sorely lacking. It's disheartening when basic courtesy and punctuality are overlooked. I left the office feeling disrespected and undervalued as a patient. I hope the clinic takes this feedback constructively to improve their services and ensure that future patients are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
