Everyone at Norman & Miller Eyecare is the best at what they do. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, as always. Dr. Helton is meticulous and thorough, and pays attention to every detail, every aspect of the office visit. Every question I have is always answered, and she takes the time to make sure my prescription is 100% accurate. She explains every detail of the examination and is committed to making sure I continue to have the best eyesight and eye health for life. Emma, the optician, spent as much time as needed in order to make sure I had the frames and lenses just the way I wanted them. Everyone there treats me like a valued patient and also like a friend. I'm looking forward to my next appointment!

I had a very good experience here. The (relatively new) office space is a big step up over the old location. Dr. Sharp and the entire staff including the receptionist and the technicians who tested my eyes and helped me learn how to insert and remove my new contacts were very helpful and friendly, answered all my questions, and made my visit very pleasant.

Dr. Payne was great. She took the time to explain everything. I am trying disposable contacts, which I have never had. She recommended a lense that should fit my prescription. The staff was very professional and helpful as well.

Ashley Sharp, O.D. has taken the time to explain and help me out with all my questions. She also does not talk in terms that I don't understand. Also she gives a future look as what is down the road and what she's gonna keep a watch on. Also the rest of the office personal are helpful and friendly.

I've been coming to you guys for at least five years and not ever have I had to pay this much for my glasses. The prices have went up. It's just too high for me. I don't know if I'm gonna even be able to get my glasses. I like your hospitality your greeting you guys are awesome. You're nice but your prices have ruined me. I'm so lost on how I'm gonna get my glasses.

The entire staff at the N&M Eyecare Rucker Rd location are very professional and attentive. I just had an awesome interaction over the phone with a staff person who helped me log into the patient portal for my husband. He misplaced his log in information and the young lady who helped me was very patient and thorough as she explained how to reset the password. Thank you!
