PEOPLE-lasik

The staff and clinicians at PEOPLE-LASIK were excellent . I feel that the team provided realistic expectations for refractive surgery and I completed SMILE in Dec 2023. I am extremely pleased with the results and have followed up with the team who have been great during every appointment. The team is very professional and clearly are great at what they do.

*This happend over a year ago, (February 2022) just taking the time to document my experience. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I went to my consult and the Dr. tried to push SMILE over LASIK, which would have cost me over a thousand dollars more. I told them I'd think about it and call the next day to schedule. I called the next day and told the lady on the phone I wanted LASIK. She confirmed with me 3 times that I did indeed want LASIK and not the SMILE surgery. I arrive the day of my appointment and the nurse comes in and says "hey Scott, I'm gonna get you all set up for your SMILE procedure." I explained I was there to get LASIK and that it was confirmed with me that's what the appointment was for multiple times on the phone. I told her I'd be ok with the SMILE IF they matched the price I had planned on paying when I scheduled for LASIK. She left, came back and told me she had talked to the Doctor and he said he wasn't able to perform a LASIK procedure on me that day, but would be happy to do the SMILE procedure they scheduled me but for course for the extra cost. I told them no thank you and that I'd be finding another place to get my procedure done. I then left the exam room and was in the waiting room checking out with the receptionist and speaking to the person who was my ride home (my father) about what had happened. There was literally no one else in the waiting area, definitely no other patients. The nurse who had originally come in was standing there and said "I can't have you in here talking bad about us and upsetting our other patients" and had myself and my father escorted out of the building. IF you do go here, make sure they don't try to pull a bait and switch on you like they did me. I did end up getting LASIK at another place and I'm happy with it overall, just not People-LASIK. They suck.

If your thinking about getting Lasik this is the place I had Smile Lasik done by Dr Springs and I love it pain free and no more glasses. I love how the consul is actually with your Dr and they also provide complementary transportation for your surgery,. I did several consultations and chose People-Lasik.

Over 5 years ago I went to consultation and was told I wasn't a candidate for lasik. Just a few months ago my life changed forever when I heard about the SMILE procedure. A friend had told me he had the same issues I had, and was telling I should see Dr. Springs at PEOPLE -lasik to find out more. Within a month I had my procedure done! The results are better than I could have imagined - My vision is better than before when I wore glasses or contacts!! I would highly recommend PEOPLE - lasik. Everyone I had any interaction with so personable, nice, helpful, & informative. I was treated by multiple doctors & I was very impressed by each of them!

Everyone treats you with kindness. Any nervousness you have before your appointments is quickly at ease because of the friendly staff and doctors. The personal care and end results are amazing! I would recommend PEOPLE-lasik to any of my friends and family members!

This is s 5 star business to me. The second you walk in the door you are always greeted by someone nice. The staff and Doctors seem to care about a great patient experience from start to finish. They also have the Lasik technology that provided me a faster recovery than my friends who went to other facilities to get their Lasik. No more glasses for me!

The people at PEOPLE-lasik are the kindest, most professional people I've ever met. I've never felt more comfortable at a doctor's office than how I felt at PEOPLE-lasik. The process was so stress-free and before I knew it, I could see better than I ever had before. I know longer need my glasses! Thank you for the wonderful personal care I received while I was at your facility. Everyone was so nice and the facility is beautiful! Dr. Springs and Dr. Kirk were very thorough in my testing and explaining my options. Highly recommend People-lasik !
