A few years ago I went to this optical center and was treated horribly. Super afraid to go back for a long time but my new insurance brought me here. I was met by Rex. His kindness, genuine smile and customer service skills quickly put my fears at ease. This guy has a true calling for optometry. I'm not good at finding glasses for myself...at all!! But Rex, he was like the wand seller on Harry Potter. Like sized up my face shape & complexion and Bam!! In 3 seconds he had two pairs of glasses for me to try on. He took his time in getting to know me. I wasn't just another face in the sea. And of course, I got a ton of compliments when the new glasses came in. This Sam's needs to keep him at all cost. Rex and his team are the diamond in the rough.

Stopped by to look at prescription sunglasses and Rex did such an amazing job with suggestions and measurements To make sure the progressive would hit correctly that I bought two pairs. He called less than a week later to say they were ready - when I went in he did a great job of adjusting them to make sure they fit properly. At other chains I've been to they just hand you the glasses and say "good luck ." You can tell him came from a state where you have to be licensed to fit glasses. Prescription is great, got a good value and I'll be back for my regular and computer glasses when it's time for new.
