Service is great, nice ppl but very scammy. Paid 160 for 1 pair of glasses left with no case and once I got home I noticed it had a scratch. On top of that I was told 2 for 80 only for blue tags, it was indeed not 80. I believe these ppl work on commission, they can lower the price if they simply feel like it.

Worst experience I've ever had for an eye exam! Make sure you thoroughly review your perception because they don't listen when you're talking about contacts. They also don't have a "doctor" on site and instead use a teledoc.

It was very clean, there were many glasses options, and the staff were nice. I only went to this location because of the "deals" they have. Apparently my prescription did not count as the "right kind" of progressive lens so I couldn't even get the deal. I have no insurance. I paid over 200$ for one pair. It just felt kinda scammy. The MD was virtual. Kim was very nice and patient, she did her best to try and help me.

Fantastic experience, I haven't had an eye exam in about 13 years (since high school) and this was the fastest and most pleasant process ever! All three employees that I interacted with were amazing and suuuuper friendly, I didn't feel any pressure or upsell and I really felt heard when I expressed what I was looking for. Super clean, great selection of frames, and they were super patient while I tried to figure out my insurance
