Zoie at Stanton Optical was absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in the door, she was already aware of our appointment and made sure we were taken care of right away. Her assistant throughout the process was also very helpful and knowledgeable, which made everything smooth and stress-free.
Zoie made sure we understood every step and ensured we received all the deals that were available to us. Her customer service was top-tier, and we truly felt valued. I highly recommend asking for Zoie when you visit!

Stanton Optical Michigan Road has a great optometrist. The optometrist is very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough. The eye exam was the best I have ever experienced bc previous eye exams for me were rushed through. Not on my part. Which led to eye prescription being incorrect. The downside is their website allows for scheduling (not for eye exam). Skip this step if you need an eye exam- call to schedule. Prior to my appointment I went to website found the eyeglasses I wanted. Day of appointment... breeze! Insurance accepted. Eye examination. Eye prescription written. Glasses selected and ordered. Eye glasses picked up 2 months ago. The best eyeglasses ever. Love the style and the prescription is AWESOME!!!

Service was excellent ,fast , efficient. My appointment was at 11:45am it fast speedy and everyone was friendly they had my prescription glasses ready to leave with me and my contacts ordered and out the door by 12:34 pm the longest part of the wait was choosing pricing and my contacts . Equipment was new and nice .

Let's get one thing straight, my poor experience was entirely due to Stanton being a horrible company, and NOT due to Chris the wonderful branch manager. This review does not reflect poorly on him. I just want other people to know that that $79 eye exam and "bogo" glasses deal comes with a "virtual" eye exam (had I known a real doctor would not be seeing me I would not have gone there) and a month of waiting for glasses only to get them and have them be the wrong prescription, THEN Stanton have the audacity to almost make me pay for that bogus INCORRECT exam since it was 30 days after I'd been given the prescription technically (I picked up the sunglasses before the actual glasses and knew from the minute I put them on they were wrong). Thankfully I was issued a full refund regardless. Do not waste your time or money on this business. The workers are stressed and I doubt a doctor even looks at your exam.
