Target Optical

The actual physician in practice was phenomenal, but the tech was using heat to tighten my glasses and melted the R lens. This is the SECOND time this has happened to me, the first time was Target Optical at Glendale and I didn't go back on purpose. YOUR JOB ALL DAY LONG IS GLASSES. HOW DO YOU RETURN A MELTED LENS TO A CUSTOMER WITHOUT SEEING IT? These were my existing pair of glasses so now I have NO WAY TO SEE. Last time I'm going to Target Optical ever. The glimmer in the photo is the melted coating o. My lens from the tech applying heat to bend/tighten my glasses. How does this happen?!

WOW ! Amazing staff. They were very insightful, honest and professional. Tyler helped me find glasses in my budget. She went above and beyond and brought me every pair of purple frames I didn't feel pressured. She was knowledgeable about insurance. The store is very clean, organized, and calming. It had a wide variety of options in the more affordable section but also a lot of designer frames. A lot of cute purple frames.

I came in for an eye exam after making an appointment online. The doctor was great. Appointment was quick. then I started shopping for frames. The lady that was assisting me was doing the bare minimum. She just sat at the desk didn't say much to me. Another lady told me where they stored extra frames which was nice because the first lady didn't. I asked for a print out of what the lenses cost and what insurance covered and she implied "it would be on the receipt" I also asked if they would ship to my house & she said it would take too long & she seemed annoyed that I asked. I had no idea what I even paid for at the end of it all or what upgrades I even got. I felt very rushed and in the end didn't love the glasses I ended up receiving. The customer service was severely lacking. It was so disappointing. Luckily I was able to exchange the glasses and a new lady was assisting me better than the previous. She was able to help pick out a frame that worked with my high prescription and informed me on what my options were as far as achieving thinner lenses. I wish they would've informed me from the beginning about the different types of lenses and that bigger lenses/frames would look horrendous if your prescription is high. Although in the end I got glasses I adore the whole process was... unpleasant.

Today was a good day to get glasses. Everyone was kind, friendly and knowledgeable and very efficient. Thank you

Love Target Optical!! They have Rayban and Oakley Meta as well as hearing glasses called Nuance. You can demo all of them!

First time trying out Target Optical and I couldn't be happier. The scheduling online was very easy and convient, plus having the option to do paperwork ahead of time was a huge benefit to save time in person compared to my previous eye doctor. The staff was pleasant and easy to work with as well, even having my daughter with me. With a quick assessment, they provided multiple options which worked best for my wife and I so we could make the best decision for us. Overall a great experience and will definitely be back!

Excellent staff and service. Patient with me through glaucoma testing - ive always had a hard time with it. Appreciate it.
