My daughter was tested by Dr. Frischmann and was shown to have a vision problem. She had 20/20 vision but was having trouble with other aspects of vision and was struggling with certain aspects of her schoolwork. She was referred to the vision therapist Rema and saw her for almost 30 weeks and has had a very remarkable improvement. I would very highly recommend this establishment. They are very professional and accommodating. My child enjoyed her sessions.

Took my young daughter here for a 2nd opinion evaluation to make sure we were addressing her visual needs appropriately. Very happy with how helpful and patient everyone was with getting through an exam with a young child. They found an issue that the first provider missed and gave us some resources to help with her eye muscle coordination. Definitely recommend this office for any parent who suspects their kid might have vision issues.

My son went here for vision therapy, and I have a big complaint against the lack of professionalism by Dr. Cynthia J. Frischmann. We've spent more the $4,000 on their services, and we have visited the office weekly for close to a year, so we've been here a lot. EVERY time that my son was supposed to see Dr. Cynthia J. Frischmann, she was very late to every appointment. I finally walked out of the office after waiting over 15 minutes again for her to show up. We were the only customers in the office for a 9 am appointment, but regardless of her schedule, she'll make you wait for the appointment. Apparently when you pull your kids out of school and you take time off work for an appointment, your time is not as valuable as Dr. Cynthia J. Frischmann's time. Also, my son lost a screw in his glasses and I asked for a replacement. They refused to give us a replacement because they couldn't verify the size needed for the frames.
