I have been going to this Walmart Vision Center for a good number of years now and have had no problems. This month, for some reason, I ripped two contacts leaving me with no back up. I called to see if Walmart would sell me one contact until I received a new box. I was told by two different people that they didn't sell individual contacts and the only way I would be able to get one was to come in for an eye exam even though I wasn't due for one until late September. Way to go above and beyond for loyal customers!

I'm from Chicago area. This has been the best experience at a Wal-Mart so far for me in Indiana. No snooty people and people will actually smile back and be friendly. Customer service was good as well. I'll be back and I'm at fishers rt now. Its a bit of a drive but worth it to me.

The doctor was nice but the receptionist or helpers were useless. I called to ask about my prescription bc it was specially for a brand the lady who answer the phone said she didn't know and that today was like her monday . Am sorry lady today is Tuesday and you are at work . I explain my question and she insisted i needed to make a follow up appointment even tho i mention twice i had just had my fallow up yesterday and i only had a question about the brand. She then said she didn't understand my question and placed me on hold . She came back to say i had to wait on the doctor to call me bc she didn't understand all the little notes and scribbles . Needles to say don't go here . I felt like i was bother the lady instead of getting any info . The reason i order my contacts instead of them bc the lady seem stress /busy so i knew i could do this step myself. Again the actual doctor is super nice. Might try hiring receptionist that are friendly ad not ones that make it seem as they are being bother .

This Walmart is shady and low cut. With managers who aren't even there the whole day and customer support that is non-existent. I would've rated this -5 stars but I can't rate it that low.

STAY AWAY!!! This is not a professional business. It is minimum wage employees that don't care. They are not trained and do not provide the correct service you'd expect with eye care.(more like eye gouging.) They promise 7 to 10 days for new glasses but don't call when they are ready and multiple times they get the prescription wrong. STAY AWAY!!!

staff was friendly from start to finish - booking my apt, my exam and helping me select just the right frames - during my visit there was a patient that did not speak English... the staff was patient and kind with her - they even utilized their interpreter services to assist with the visit which helped the dr understand the patient's needs and address them correctly
