I have been going there for years and I used to love it until I called today to set up for an appointment. I talked to someone named Cindy , incredibly rude and disrespectful so I decided to schedule somewhere else. Maybe she was having a bad day but no need to treat patients/customers like that.

I first called the Walmart center on US 31 to reorder contacts.The girl pulled me up in the system and was able to tell me what my expiration date was on my eye Exam. She then informed me that I needed to come into the store and pay for them to be ordered. No problem went over there with in 20 min! Now that's not what they can do! They are unable to find me in the system and they have to have a hard copy even though I got my eyes examined at the Walmart on County line Road in Emerson no wonder this store get such horrible reviews all over the southside the customer service is horrendous! I literally sat in their parking lot and contacted the store on County line and Emerson I was then able to order my contacts and will go in and pay for them!
