Warby Parker The Fashion Mall at Keystone

I had the best time shopping for, and choosing, the perfect pair of glasses. I was greeted warmly by a sales associate who made my day with his wonderful personality and great sense of humor. He actually made shopping for glasses a fun experience, which surprised me. The sales associate was very knowledgeable and spent quality time with me, helping me choose the most complimentary frames. I have never enjoyed shopping for glasses until today. I found frames I truly love, and had fun doing so. The layout of the store was very nice with frames easily accessible for me to try to on. Checkout was a breeze, and everything was explained to me very well regarding my insurance. I had forgotten my prescription at home, but was assured I could easily upload it when I got home. I experienced no problems whatsoever, and am thrilled I decided to drive the distance to find my frames.

Alex was wonderful to work with. She offered confirmation that the pairs of eye glasses I'd chosen fit my face well, answered all my questions, and provided a smooth check-out. These are quality frames and reasonably priced. Very excited to receive my first Warby Parker frames!

I had a great experience ordering glasses here I got two pairs with discount and ended being much more cost effective than paying for a brand name at my optometrist. Kaiden helped me pick out frames and was very helpful.

I received glasses that were giving me very disorienting vision. I went to the Warby Parker at Clay Terrace and unfortunately did not receive much help when I brought them in. They told me to return to the eye doctor, which is not very easy for me to do. Chris, at Keystone, really explained well what he thought was probably going on, and why. He found me better fitting glasses, did a quick exam with them on, and helped me with my exchange. He was so kind and patient even though I had a toddler with me and had showed up the minute he opened the door that morning. Thank you so much - such a relief!

I love the Warby Parker brand! A graduate student of mine, 14 years ago, told me about WP and said I should check them out. I did the research and loved what I discovered. A brick and mortar store opened in Baltimore's Harbor East neighborhood, about a decade ago (maybe more or less, honestly). I was one of their early customers and shared my story with the staff. Have been a fan ever since and shop at the closest store to me in Indiana. I also love that for every pair I buy, a child in need gets a free pair of glasses. What a fabulous business model! Keep up the great work and I'll continue to be a customer.

I have purchased from Warby Parker in my home state of Michigan, but decided while visiting my sister in Indianapolis to go into the store at The Fashion Mall at Keystone. Great move because Chris was excellent, providing just the right amount of assistance as well as being kind. I guess I'll have to come to Indianapolis from now on to get my glasses.

Warby Parker came recommended by friends who've purchased their glasses online. I ordered at a Warby Parker store. Since I wear progressive lens bifocals they were able to measure for my lenses. I'll get my new glasses within two weeks shipped to my house. Great service, helpful staff, wonderful choices in stylish eyewear.
