I had a terrible experience. They ruined my lenses because the woman at the front cracked the coating when she was trying to change the frame fit. She didn't apologize or admit to it which was extremely frustrating. When I reached out to their clinic manager, they offered me a discount on the lenses that they ruined. They never followed up during each time point. I was the one stuck reaching out multiple times (via email and multiple voice messages) until they called me back. To this day, they still never got back to me about how much the replacement lenses would cost (with their "discount"). They refused to pay for their mistake and now I, as the patient, am stuck paying for it. Not sure why they think they can justify that they can profit from my mistake that they made. When ordering my contact lens trial since I got a new prescription, they never called me to let me know the trial lenses arrived. Again, I was the one reaching out to ask about whether or not they came in yet. Then when I showed up at to pick up the trial lenses before work, the lady was standing in front of the TV, changing channels multiple times before tending to me. The communication to patients is poor and they will treat you poorly as well. Extremely disappointing experience overall.

Very frustrating process of scheduling an appointment. They never answer the phone. I leave a message, and it takes days to hear back. It is the beginning of March and they're scheduling into June.

The office has repeatedly cancel my appointments, I might just find another doctor. Since October the office has been canceling my appointments which is very important. Very disappointing.

All you need to know about Dr. Whitson is he just got done seeing me in his office to check on the healing of a corneal ulcer he's treating. It's Sunday.

Dr Whitson and his entire staff are very pleasant and focused on care of the patient. I have been his patient for many years, including eye surgeries. Appointments are reasonably on time, and exams are efficient. However, I recently rejected new glasses made for me as they did not provide adequate vision correction (prisms). I returned the glasses on May 15 and am still waiting as of July 12 for a refund, after numerous calls to the optical and billing departments. If not for this, I would rate 5 stars instead of 4.

Had my annual (well every 3 years) checkup with Dr Grove. Very thorough and went well. Staff is excellent and their safety protocols are like no other. I felt extremely safe and respected. They checked me in from the comfort of my car, called when it was my turn to come in and never saw another patient. Don't hesitate to get your appointment in.

The office staff was much more friendly than in past visits. Thank you for the change. It made me feel very welcomed. The Dr. was very thorough. He did not recommend the unnecessary procedure that a previous Dr. had. I really appreciated that. I felt more cared for. I felt seen. I was ready to leave this practice before my last visit.

Highly professional service from check in to check out. All staff displayed excellent customer service skills. Dr. Cologne had excellent bedside manners. He was very thorough in explaining my condition and teaching me with the aide of visuals. I thoroughly understand the next steps to my treatment. He was very kind, patient and respectful in answering all my questions. I'm so thankful that I was referred to this practice. Thank you staff for this 5 star experience.
