Excellent Customer Service Experience. Dr. Colon was friendly, timely and took time to explain all procedures and results. Dr. Colon was very patient and gentle with my elderly mother. Dr. Colon's supporting staff were also very friendly and thorough making this a very pleasant experience. I would recommend to family and friends and those with complex eye issues.

Being new to Indianapolis I felt so fortunate Dr Colon was in our health insurance network. He is very knowledgeable and is taking steps to improve my vision in my left eye. He quickly understood much of my eye history and I feel very comfortable in his care. The staff is also top notch. I highly recommend. My experience has been great and much appreciated.

Dr Colon is always wonderful! So professional, patient and kind. However, on this visit, the tech left a lot to be desired. She did not know what the initials of the test stood for that she conducted on me. She did not offer to go find out. I did not let her dilate my eyes and she got an attitude. She said I had laser surgery and it would be fine. I again declined so as millennials do, she left the room and said "have a nice day" in a very impolite tone of voice. She deeply lacked good interpersonal skills and displayed poor patient care skills also known as customer service skills. I've never had any issues with any of the other office staff. The rest of the staff have all been polite. To finish my story about dilating my eyes, it's a good thing I did decline. Dr Colon found my pressure to be too high in one eye for the narrow angle glaucoma I have so I was unable to have them dilated by him. I will only let Dr Colon dilate my eyes after he has done a pressure check.

Dr. Colon was very thorough with his examination and care of my father, with highly successful results. Our experience each visit with the entire staff--from the front office, to the technicians to Dr. Colon was very positive. I would definitely recommend his services!

My husband, Bob, & I were patients of Dr Luis Colon's for several years before Bob passed away. I continue to see Dr Colon. His expertise, knowledge & compassion are the reason I continue to have him as my Opthamologist for so many years now. I will never see another. He's wonderful! First of all, the staff was amazing -- It was my first visit, yet by the time I left, I felt like I'd been going there for years. Dr. Colon is very sharp, extremely professional and friendly - I feel completely confident in his knowledge. He's also a snazzy dresser -- impressive.
