Scammers and crooks. Told me they take davis vision. Then when it came time to pay they told me I don't have a copay anymore that I only get 20% off. Come to find out they really don't take davis vision. They only tell you that so you have to pay a big bill. Manager refuses to except they did anything wrong. I'll go blind before I give them lying crooks any money.

The doctor I had was great, but do not buy glasses here! I am rating this 2 stars, because I DO NOT want other people to order glasses from them. Their labs are not reliable. They told me that I would get my glasses by Friday one week, so I got a message the following Monday telling me that they were a few days late. I called them back on Tuesday, and when they talked to the lab, they told them that they were shipped and should be received Wednesday. I didn't hear from them Wednesday, so I called Friday (they are closed Thursdays). They said that they got a glasses case with no glasses in them from their lab, and that they are putting a rush on my glasses now. I only know that information, because I called. I have had a couple other people who have told me they struggled to get their glasses too. Like I said, great appointment (other than not being able to browse the lenses due to COVID), friendly staff, just order your glasses from a different, more reputable place. I still don't have them, and it will be at least 3 weeks out now, if you think I can trust the last day they told me (which I don't). On the phone, they told me that they are aware that their labs are creating problems for them, and told me that they are transitioning away from one, but order at your own risk and call often if you want information, because communication is not one of their strengths.

The receptionist has poor manners. She does not talk well with others and seems quite rude. Every time I go in there. (Been going for at least 2 years) I made an appointment the day I called for one, because there was a cancellation. I was told that it would be fine and if anything wasn't right then I would get a call back. I drove 30 minutes for the appointment and left work early just to get there and be told I cannot have my exam because it wasn't a year past my last exam and my insurance would not cover that. Though I received a text a week prior saying it was time for me to get another exam. I also got the wrong contacts sent to me with the wrong prescription twice.

I appreciate this practice and all the people who run it! The doctors do a great job of explaining what they're doing and why, and they never make me feel rushed when I'm asking questions. The women/techs who run the front of the office and do the diagnostic tests are friendly, professional and extremely efficient. No one there is pushy about buying products and I appreciate that. I highly recommend Vision Source in Lagrange!!

This will be my new eye doctor. The exam was not invasive like other experiences I've had. There is no bright flash of light and no puff of air. They didn't use a pen light so it was more comfortable. The dilation drops are diluted, it dilates your eyes the same with less side effects. I can't even tell that my eyes are dilated. The staff is friendly and they have a good variety of glasses.

Been customers there for 20+ years, we won't be back and they know why.

Scheduling girl in the office would not disclose how much my insurance would cover to me and another coworker. Do not support this business. If they have to hide things from you at the start that is a bad omen.

Staff was polite, less than 10 minute wait time,Dr. very professional.
