Always a pleasure to go here as all of the staff have a friendly demeanor backed by knowledge. I went here for a routine eye exam and had a wonderful experience throughout. The optometrist was straightforward and personable. I decided to buy prescription blue light lenses, and the lady that gave suggestions was courteous during the process. Everyone I've talked to on the phone have been informative and friendly, and I had no trouble picking up the frames and they adjusted the glasses and made sure that they fit well before I left. As a bonus the staff takes the time to remember me and ask me about my travels, which is such a kind gesture. To everyone that I've met there, you for your services.

Had an appointment to get a new prescription for contacts. Check-in was fast, everyone was pleasant, and I got seen at my appointment time!

Called back in October to schedule an appt for today at 2 pm. Verbally confirmed over the phone and took off work, just to call them at 1:30 today to let them know i would be a few minutes late and they told me my appointment was at 11. Never once did they try to call me and tell me it was a different time or that I was late. I highly doubt they can provide proper eye care if they cant even get their scheduling right. No way they responded to this with lies i have no calls or messages from them and theres no way I would've rescheduled for 11am I was trying to leave work as late as possible for my appt. Good story telling tho!!

Had to sit in this empty office waiting for 45 minutes with my 3 boys while the doctor was talking to her boyfriend or whatever else she was doing. I don't mind waiting, just let me know and be courteous about it. We live 1 hr 35 minutes away. The next time we came we got stuck behind a tractor in East Enterprise all the way down Salem Ridge. I called and told them we would be late. She said we had a 15 minute window. I walked in 13 minutes late and gave the receptionist the paper all ready filled out. The doctor said she had other patients but just sat back there in her office. I pleaded with her but she didn't care and became rude. They don't see your time as valuable. Completely wasted our day.

After a visit I was to follow-up, I made the appointment several months in advance. About a week prior they had to cancel because the Dr decided to have a meeting that day and time. I have to schedule with work for time off only to have this. Then the appointment coordinator started badgering me to make a new appointment. I wasnt impressed by the Dr pressing just under my eyes as hard as she could either. I begrudgingly went back to their website to schedule another appointment only to never be called back.

My family and I were on vacation when I had trouble with my contacts and realized I didn't have any spares left. I was worried that I might not be able to get any more until I got home, then we called Lawrenceburg Eye Center. April as well as the other two young ladies were extremely nice and helped me get everything handled in no time! If I lived down here there is no question this is where I would go. Thank you so much again ladies y'all are the best!!!

Simply amazed. The interior is sparkly new and beautifully designed. The employees are patient and kind, and the doctors were very knowledgeable and patient as well. The new owners are doing a great job. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, contacts, or glasses I highly recommend this place
