I had a fantastic experience today with the staff. Everyone was very kind and warm welcoming. LYNDA was an absolute delight!! She treated me just like family and for a second I forgot we weren't actually family lol. I look forward to seeing everyone again. Also..the prices and deals they have are sure to be something everyone can afford and still get quality frames. BEST eye doctor ive ever been to.

All of our youth enjoyed their experience as the high quality of service and attention was consistent each visit. This office has been absolutely amazing to me. I usually go to private practice but they have absolutely changed my mind on a corporate office. From Angie greeting me at the front desk, Jamie, Cody having great attention to detail! To the doc team with Lynda and Dr. Helderman! I will continue to come here every year! I think I have gotten 4 frames just in 2025 and everytime it has been a great experience thank you all!

The staff are quick, patient, kind, and caring. My day was not going well until I entered the clinic, where I was pleasantly surprised to find that an eye clinic could positively impact my mood. They made me feel comfortable, even though I arrived late, and appeared unfazed by my tardiness. I was quite nervous about arriving close to closing time, but at no point did I feel like a burden.
