Appointment scheduling was quick and easy, waited about 15 minutes to begin my exam, but nothing out of the ordinary. Professional office setting. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and patient in helping me choose new frames. Decent frame selection with different price ranges. Dr. Kirkpatrick is personable and he explained my diagnosis thoroughly. Prices are reasonable; expect to pay about $150 for an exam if you don't have insurance.

The doctors & staff are absolutely wonderful! I was able to get an appointment relatively soon, very informative, clean environment, the ONLY disappointment I had was the selection of glasses. I understand certain insurance will only cover up to a certain amount, but the selection vs the price was horrible.

Wonderful experience. They treat my kids with respect and really listen to them. My son has had problems reading the chalk board for a couple years but was told his vision was fine. Starting going to the Eye Care Group and on the first visit found out he had a vertical problem and got glasses. I will not take my kids to anyone else from now on.

My husband and I came in on Tuesday for an appointment for him to pick up his new glasses. I had been having some pain in one eye for a few days and I asked if it would be possible to see the doctor. If not, I said I could come back.
Next thing I know I'm meeting with a Tech who took down the information. He was very good. Then in came Dr. Lisle. He gave me a thorough exam, explained what was going on. He gave me clear instructions on what to do for two weeks. I was so relieved.
I'm doing what he told me and the eye seems to be responding.
This medical group is quite amazing. Every single person in the office is so helpful. From the ladies at the front desk, to the techs, to the docs: they all have the same goal in mind. Take care of the patient. And that they do extremely well. Thank you Eye Care Group!

Be sure you know what your insurance will cover. Recently took my daughter in for contacts and they told me I had to pay $630 that day for a year of contacts to then submit a rebate for $200. That was 'all that my insurance' would supposedly cover was I had to buy an entire year at once. Well, I contacted my insurance carrier and that is not accurate. I ordered 6 months worth of contacts for $50 thanks to my insurance coverage. The other 6 months will only be $200. So glad I didn't fall for their lies about what my vision insurance covered and saved myself hundreds. I've always liked this vision center prior to this incident, but will not return to a business that operates in that manner.
