Dr. O'Neal is the most dedicated eye doctor I've ever been to. I am at risk for retinal detachment, and so he gave me permission to contact him on his personal cell phone if I had any new symptoms. I've taken him up on that a few times, and he's always prompt in responding to me, always taking my concerns seriously. It gives me such peace of mind to know he is there for me, any time of day or night, if I have an emergency. He is also a real pleasure to talk with, and the staff are friendly, too!

Usually providers take insurance info over the phone to ensure coverage instead of making 3 appts for children and telling them 45 mins into the appt time that they don't accept your insurance! Very unprofessional and very disappointed.
