Terribly Poor Customer Service, I have been going in here for years and have spent thousands of dollars trying to support a local business. I recently had them make a new pair of glasses with a to me was a radical change in one eye that took me a while to get used to with many headaches. The glasses they made were defective from the start with the lenses popping out easily. I have spent quite a bit of time looking on the floor for popped out lens. both of them easily pop out at the worst times. I stopped in the have them look at them and was told the lenses were poorly made & I would have to give them the glasses. It took 3 weeks to get these made so I was not happy about having to go back to an old pair that had a much different script on my right eye. They didn't seem to really care much after I expressed my displeasure at the options they provided. They said I could buy a second pair but that furthered my displeasure. They seem to have no problem inconveniencing a customer. I decided I will take my business elsewhere and when I called back an hour later to give them another chance at keeping my business the young man who I spoke to said "thats fine" when I told him I would be taking my business elsewhere. I guess they must be doing so well they don't need to take care of their current & long time customers. Terrible customer service, I will only go back to return these poorly made glasses & that will be the last time for me at (low) quality optical.

I have been using Quality Optical for over ten years. A great place to get your eyes checked. Friendly and professional.

I don't understand the negative comments here... My husband and I have received excellent service here, and some of the best glasses I've ever had, at competitive prices. They really know their stuff. Highly recommended.

The worst place I have ever been to. I had eye problems and all the Dr did was want to sale me glasses. Worthless please I have ever been to. I picked up my glasses and didn't been have time to fit them. The Amish lady was more important. After I have paid over 400 dollars. And was treated like

I've been coming to this office for the past couple years and each time has been a pleasant experience. The staff here are very friendly, the Doctor is experienced at what he does, and they accept most vision insurances in this area, including VSP which is what I have. Over all I recommend this office. They have a good frame selection and I enjoy supporting local businesses like this one.

Great service! Got contacts and glasses here and I'm very satisfied! Hannah was helpful in picking out frames and even keeping an eye on my little ones while I was in my exam. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful customer service.My grandson broke his glasses and we went to Sturgis to Walmart and an eyeglasses place. Neither place would fix them because he didn't buy them there. We went to Quality Optical and found out he needed complete new frames. The gentleman working there had his lenses in new frames within half an hour. He was very friendly and informative and made my visit there a breeze. I can't recommend this place enough!

Dr. Fenwick is a great guy, they provide great service, the selection of frames is large, the fitting goes just as planned, so what could anyone want or need to provide more than this? I don't see anything so that means it is a great place to get your vision needs taken care of.
