Dr. Tavel Family Eyecare - Mooresville

I just took my 3 year old here and Every Single Person was OUTSTANDING!!! The staff is very respectful and super nice! My daughter enjoyed everything and they were so accommodating and so sweet! I watched them take care of other customers with the up most respect and was so very pleased with the service! The Doctor was very nice and helped my child get the help that she needed. If anyone is looking for great quality care, go here. They are the best! I look forward to the next visit!

I wouldn't even give them one star if I had a choice. I went in on a Friday with eye pain and they said I would have to schedule an appointment so I scheduled it for Monday. I went into the location at 10:30 on Monday at my appointment time got my 3 year old out of the car went in & stood waiting for someone to help me & I sit down to get checked in & this snob has the nerve to tell me they no longer have a grace period. I was literally in the door by my appointment time. I even talked to them on the phone and let them know I would be there at 10:30 at my appointment time. It was clearly not my fault that they was helping another customer and instead of being rude & interrupting I simply waited my turn just for snob to tell me that I would have to reschedule. Why would I need to reschedule? She claims someone else was already in the eye exam room but yet the door was wide open. Why would someone be in there when it was my appointment time!??! Smh... I am guessing they double booked or she just doesn't want to work. I shouldn't have to reschedule because they was helping someone else! This place is a joke. The girl I wish I would of got her name brown hair with glasses is a snob & not friendly at all. I don't recommend this place! Go elsewhere! Don't even waste your time with them. If they didn't have a grace period they should make that clear but the thing is I wasn't even late to my appointment!!! I stood there for 5 minutes or more waiting on my turn to check in. I am glad my kiddos use Riley for their glasses because I will also be going somewhere else. I am waiting for a call from the higher ups currently as this is completely unacceptable!

Very rude I would definitely suggest if you are black be aware they look down on you as a black human being.I was literally 8 minutes late mind you I didn't get a text/phone call to remind me about my appointment when ask to speak to the manager I had to wait 30 minutes.i been here before where I had to wait for the Dr. for more than 45 minutes till 1 hour I believe in fairness and courtesy of a customer I will never go there and take my kids there.

They are my favorite store, the doctor is so personable. I'm so sorry I forgot his name but he works on Saturdays now. He also saw our boys and made them laugh that day. He takes his time to ensure all questions are answered.

I spent over $900 on two pairs of glasses. One pair recently broke, so I went in to see what could be done. The girl at the desk looked at my glasses and said, we no longer carry this brand so there's nothing we can do. She shoved the glasses back to me and said goodbye. If I would have known that they would not fix my glasses or make a repair, I would have shopped elsewhere. I will never go here again, horrible customer service and attitude.

Dr. Houser and the rest of the team were amazing and you could tell they truly care you have a great experience.

I took my daughter here and the Dr. did so well with her and so did the whole staff! I couldn't recommend this place enough

Had an appointment today for my daughter and we are very pleased with this store. My daughter raved about how the Doctor took time to explain in detail to her about her case. The store was very clean and the staff very friendly and helpful. Definitely 5 stars
