I worked with a few techs Darian and Jessica both were amazing and seemed very knowledgeable. The woman tech that did the eye exam had no personality at all and acted like she would rather be anywhere but DR Tavel the Dr that did the prescription was very nice and explained everything to me as far as what I needed. Over all I will say Darian and Jessica are AWESOME and neither one pushed me for something i couldn't afford they explained payment options and even helped my wife and I find glasses that looked like us and our style.

Staff and doctor are much friendlier at the Muncie branch than the Anderson branch was several years ago. About 6-7 years ago, the Anderson branch that I had gone to for most of my life was booked way too full but I needed an exam ASAP after a medication messed up my eyes. I decided to give Muncie a try and I haven't looked back. Love them so much.

I had an eye exam scheduled for about 2 weeks early morning that fitted my schedule. Got a call about 30 minutes before my appointment. The eye doctor will not be in today. We have to reschedule. I told them no and went somewhere else. Not very professional

I had an appointment set for me and my husband for 12:00 and 12:15. We got held up a little with traffic but called when we were just a few minutes away. We stepped in the building at 12:06 and was told we had to reschedule the 12:00 as it would cut into the doctor's lunch time. They offered to give me a later slot or reschedule I chose not to at this time because, frankly I find this unprofessional. I would have excepted being pushed if there was a person ahead of us still being worked on. I've been in customer service for 25 years and I know sometimes you might be delayed for lunch. It's a part of the work.
