Infocus Eyecare

Dr. Cole has never treated me wrong - great guy and a great Doctor! The service I have received from the support staff hasn't been the best. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time it's the same experience. Rude interactions and a lot of attitude from something that should be an easy and friendly experience.

I have been going here before they moved to the new building. I have always been treated with respect! They always take care of my needs. I think the staff is friendly and thoughtful!! It is a business and they have alot of people to take care of so sometimes it's kind of fast pase but I have never been mistreated by anyone! They give the best care around!!

Worse experience I've ever had, from start to finish. Employee's are ignorant and treat you like crap. Lenses were on order for 4 weeks, I had to call there and find out what the holdup was, turns out they were out of stock and had to be reordered from another company. Then they came in and the prescription was way off. Finally they got it right, 3 weeks into wearing them they began to get fine scratches. These glasses cost over $800 so I took extra care in cleaning them. Purchased cleaning cloths and solution from them and extra items from CVS. Within 3 months the lenses were so scratched I should hardly see through them. I brought them back, she said that I can have them replaced one time under warranty. These lenses were made with "Crizal Rock" anti glare coating which she said is" The best of the best" ! I told the woman that I don't want that coating put on the replacement lenses and she said that they have to be ordered the exact same way they were ordered which I found ridiculous. So now I have $800 pair of glasses that are going to end up with the same problem as the first pair. I'm and totally disgusted with the service, product, and attitude with infocus eyecare, WILL NOT COME BACK AND WILL NOT TELL ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM ! ALSO , I Found on my own that there is class action investigation against Crizal lens coatings, customers complaining about "scratched coatings". I informed infocus, they seemed to know nothing about this issue..... Imagine that.

I took my child for her first eye exam, not knowing what to expect. They were amazing! Everyone was so nice and made my child feel comfortable, as she was a bit nervous. We will definitely use this office from now on for our family.

I do not suggest this Doctors office to anyone for these reasons. I have just been merely trying to get a replacement pair of glasses for my little girl from this eye doctors office off and on for 4 months now, though the employees from this office have made up every excuse not to give her a replacement pair of glasses. I was just on three way with Peggy, myself and my daughter's insurance company, and Peggy asked a lady from the insurance a personal question about me, which had nothing dk with glasses.

Great people and #1 service!!

Definitely making Infocus Eye Care my one and only place to get my vision and the family's vision taking care of. All the staff were so kind

They tell you one appointment over the phone and then when you get there they tell you something else really confusing they should just call and confirm appointments over the phone
