I would have given this place a 5, but they refused to sell me safety glasses. The people there were super nice and friendly. The problem arose when I asked for safety glasses. They said I needed a note from work for my insurance to cover it. I then said I wouldn't use my insurance and just pay cash. Nope, still wouldn't sell me any. What if I was retired/unemployed/self employed? Do they not sell safety glasses to those people? Wasn't a problem at all next place I went.

High prices, low quality. Paid over a thousand for my glasses the anti glair that i paid extra for started coming off. They replaced the glass. But the new pair had the same problem. The coating was defective, they even said so. But refused to correct the problem. Save your money and go somewhere that will sell you "good" glasses not just expensive ones

I love going to Midwest Eyes! Every single person is marvelous! Dr. Guthrie is absolutely the best! But my visit today was a simple fitting for my new glasses and I wasn't even on the schedule. I stopped in to make an appointment and Crystal worked me in, took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied and offered suggestions until I was more than happy when all she had to do was the minimum. But I don't think doing the minimum is in Crystal's vocabulary. When I go back I will be sure to ask for her.
