Helix Eye Care

A very professional staff. I see many reviews saying the staff is unkind, not for my experience. Went through many tests and the technician that did those tests was a professional and did them very well. I've been to eye doctors that have staff that is much less trained than those at Helix. I would rather have a very well-trained technician like those at Helix.

I had a follow-up appointment scheduled with Dr. Wang after my surgery for a light-activating lens. Note : It took 12 weeks to get lens adjusted. While Dr. Wang was fantastic and provided excellent care, my experience with the office staff was disappointing.Upon scheduling my follow-up, I was informed that I needed to pay $75 for the appointment. I believed this fee should be included as part of the surgical package, especially since the adjustment period for the lens took longer than the typical 90 days. Unfortunately, I found the office manager to be unprofessional and dismissive of my concerns. After expressing my dissatisfaction, I decided to file a complaint with my insurance company regarding the billing practices.While I appreciated Dr. Wang's expertise, I hope the office can improve its communication and customer service in the future.

Dr.Wang was great and the assistant that works with him, Jade, I believe, but that front desk needs some serious training! I am editing this to say that Maggie who schedules the surgery has been very helpful & professional, After waiting on hold without anyone ever even greeting me for 26 mins only to be put on hold again Maggie was the one that ultimately was able to help me when it wasn't even a scheduling issue.

I had cataract surgery in both eyes and it was the most painless surgery I've ever had. Dr.D is highly recommended. Posting for my wife. C

I didn't know what to expect when I came to Helix Eye Care Center for surgery, so I asked a lot of questions. Meta, Sherry, Rose and Dr. D were all patient caring gracious to answer my questions and made me feel comfortable. They were all professional and showed kindness toward me. My experience from the time I checked in and was prepared for surgery, until the completion of the surgery was exceptional. I highly recommend their expertise for anyone who would need their eye care services.

The people at the front desk are awful. Arrogant and obnoxious. They told us to come in with a referral and they could see us. Then when we got there they wouldn't even look at the referral and sent us away with a condescending tone. Just the worst.

I had cararac surgery with Dr. D. Dr. D and his staff were amazing. They took the time to answer all of my questions and completely explained everything. Everyone worked together and helped each other. They were very caring and professional. At the end of his day, Dr. D. took the time to call me to made sure i was doing well.. Excellent experience. I would highly recommend them.

The kindness and care I received was exceeded only by their professionalism and skills. Dr.D is an outstanding physician. I highly recommend this establishment for your eye care.
