I switched to Focus and I have no regrets! I received excellent eye care and top knotch customer care! The frames selection is amazing and all staff I interacted with were wonderful. I appreciate the way they cared for me!

I was feeling a little anxious and apprehensive about going to the eye doctor for two reasons. First being that my last appointment was 4 years ago. Second was that we recently moved from Ohio to Indiana which means a whole new, different and unfamiliar experience and world when it comes to health insurance, costs, providers, etc. One of my biggest concerns and fears was finding a PCP and specialists who would be as amazing, competent, knowledgeable and helpful as my doctors that I have been going to for years (in OH before we moved to IN). My anxiety, concerns, fears and worries all went away almost instantly with my first interaction with the front desk and checking in. I saw Dr. Gogel and I have nothing but great things to say about her - she was punctual, friendly, competent, knowledgeable, professional, courteous and welcoming. The staff were just as friendly and helpful. After my eye exam, Abby was "assigned" to help me pick out frames, explain the process, cost, etc. She was phenomenal! She was patient, cooperative, understanding and helpful. She took the time to help me out, answering all of my questions, addressing my concerns and explaining everything to me without ever making me feel rushed. Abby was nothing but kind and pleasant. It was a relief to have such great service at my apartment! I would highly recommend Focus Eyecare to anyone in need of a great Eyecare facility!

I have a pair of frame-less glasses that where bent. Lauren, one of the technicians was able to bend them back without breaking the lenses and frames. It was a difficult process, and how she got them to fit right the first time was truly amazing. Thank you for the great job you did.

My 97 year old mom had a great experience at Focus Eyecare center! Everyone was so kind and helped her to understand exactly what they were doing. She even found some cool new frames!

I absolutely love this place. I was going to Visionworks for years, and when I tried Focus, I realized I could have been seeing much better for the same price. They really took the time to get my vision right, and even with bad scarring in my left eye, ive got 20 20 vision. I recently went back for contacts, and for the first time ever!!!, they actually had my prescription in stock so I didnt have to wait weeks to get them. I just walked in and they said they had a cancellation, so i got a same day appointment. Im ever so grateful

The staff were friendly and helpful, Dr. Gogel took her time and listened to my concerns, and the lady who helped with my frames and lenses also took her time and was super helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff, not to mention FAST! I never waited for anyone the entire time I was there ... even in the WAITING room I was only sitting for about 3 minutes, if that. Also, at each stage of the appointment I felt like I had the staff's complete attention and never felt rushed. Thank you Focus Eyecare!
