They told my mother one price to be seen once she was seen it was way more then they sent her meds for her eyes which was over $600 and she called them told them she can't afford that so they told her they'd send her something which would only be $50 nope she got a email saying pay to ship it was $600 so she called them again and they said it's bc she has Medicare other wise it could of been $80 so misleading

I just absolutely LOVE Dr EricaTharp. She truly seems to care about your vision health, and makes me feel very comfortable when I see her. She explains everything clearly and answers all my questions so that I can understand her. I recommend her highly if you need a specialist!!!

This was The worst experience of going to Professional medical office, the eye tech that I saw before I saw Dr. Wentz was so rude. She argued with me why I was coming for an eye appointment. I had been givien a reference from my eye doctor at LensCrafters because I have the start of a cataract and I wanted to see about that operation and having lens insert so I could see better and that's what I told her and she kept on saying well, why are you coming here? They can do just as well as we can. We don't have any information about your past eye exams, and even the doctor seemed like he was in a hurry after doing some research I realized that they are a huge Corporation. 'BEWARE! Find an independent eye doctor!

Dr. Robinson and staff were truly accommodating and helpful. They went out of there way to welcome me on short notice. I immediately felt comfortable with Dr. Robinson. His expertise had my eye issues resolved very quickly. Thank you 20/20 I will be recommending future clients when there may be a need. -Patrick

The eye surgery was a great success due to the caring, informative and highly experienced, Dr. Wentz. The 20/20 Eye Care professionals in the office helped answer my questions, put me at ease and treated me like family. My vision after the surgery, improved far better than expected. 20/20 Eye Physicians was able to fit me in even though I hadn't been there in several years and they were also booked up to address my scratched eye. They verified injury was superficial to the cornea, no damage to my lens replacement and there was neither any debris embedded in the eyelid or cornea. In addition they fitted me with a protective contact to minimize the discomfort and aid in healing. Very satisfied with care and ability to work me in without delay.

Terrific experience. I went to them after an eye injury that the ER at a hospital diagnosed incorrectly. They took me in at 5pm on a Friday as a new patient after listening to my experience and symptoms on the phone. Everyone at 20/20 Eye Physicians of Indiana are very professional. Scheduling appointments, checking in and checking out is easy and informative. The office always has a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. The waiting areas are well lit and seats are comfortable. Every step of the eye exam and the findings are explained in detail.
