Staff was exceptionally nice and upbeat. Their smiling faces can really brighten someone's day and love the way they stay alert and schedule their patients in timely manners,(meaning u don't have to worry about waiting in a crowed waiting room), also it lets them actually being able to acknowledge their patients and all their concerns, and their waiting area is clean and enjoyable.

Great service but wish they would give PD (Pupillary distance) as part of prescription. No PD, no buying back up glasses online. Luckily PD is measured with millimeter unit, easy fix. Would be a lot easier if own doctor will give you the dang PD for the prescriptions. Good service, bad tactic to make money (withholding PD).
