I went to Midwest to help an individual I assist to get glasses repaired. I was greeted by someone at the front who said I would need to go to the the other counter for assistance. However, I stood and waited for some acknowledgement for 5 minutes and the staff at the counter saw I was there. I was not greeted until I made a noise with my hands on the counter. I was told I would be seen shortly, but I waited another five minutes while a repair was completed for someone else and staff proceeded to chit chat while they knew I was waiting. There were two staff present and one of them could have interacted with me instead of ignoring me. I will say once staff decided to provide service, the glasses were repaired quickly.

I've had multiple bad experiences at this location due to incompetent staff and poor customer service. Today, I wasted 15 minutes on the phone with someone who didn't know what they were doing, forcing me to go in person. The manager then dismissed my concerns, attempted to tell me my insurance wouldn't cover contacts, and was rude when I said I was leaving. This isn't the first time I've had issues here. After being a customer for over 10 years, I'm taking my business elsewhere.

Kay the technician was amazing and Dr Trump and Carver. I have been going every 6 months. I never asked why. Kay explained the difference between the appointments. Dr Trump and Carver in Wabash are wonderful. And Dr. Kora Smith is Amazing also.

My daughter, 10 years old, got her first ever glasses yesterday. She just doesn't love them, but she loves the hospitality she received and to say I'm happy is an understatement! My daughter, being 10, this is a big step in life for her. Chrissy and Dani did more than a great job to make sure her experience was the best it could be. Her eye doctor was the best! I could not imagine us going anywhere else! You ladies rock! (Plus, everyone else that works in there....so friendly and helpful.)

I had a great experience starting with Alexa Carver explaining and giving opinions on a new prescription that would help me doing computer work. I then worked with a wonderful lady named Randi. She was able to make my current glasses fit me the way they should. I bought my frames a year ago. She spent some time getting them perfect. I walked out of the office not needing to pay for a new frame thanks to her. Thanks again Randi you saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on a new frame

I was welcomed in with smiling faces, they assisted me when I hit an insurance snag, and they answered all of my questions along the way.
