Very frustrated with my care. The exam and prescription was excellent. It's unfortunate because the people are very nice. Butttt.... Everything after that has been a disaster. $700 for a pair of glasses (with all the coatings and features) that Walmart had for $250 less (name brand). The $700 pair has only been on my face for a total of 3 weeks over the last 5 months because they simply fall apart!!! no outside influence. Every month I have to take time out of my day, go in and have them put my lenses back in. (I work at a desk) so it's not due to rough use. They simply fall out of the frames while on my face. Notepads have been replaced 2x already after non use and we're not even half a year in. Worst eyeglass purchase(overpriced) and worst ongoing care I've experienced since I was 10 and got diagnosed as a four eyed nerd. P.S. my wife got hers at Walmart (also name brand with all trimmings) and hers haven't had one issue and was almost half of what I paid at Midwest. Love the people, dislike the service and product.

Google Maps, as well as door sign (see picture) says they close at noon on Saturdays. Arrived 40 min prior and doors were closed. Its not snowing, nor additional sign on the wall about closing early. Just closed.

I don't recommend going here. When most places give you a 15 minute grace period to make it to your appointment, they only give you a 10 minutes grace period. I am a mother of a special needs child that had an appointment for her child at 3:00 PM. I was going to make it to his appointment but then a extra long train stopped me on Center by CVS and knocked 10 minutes off my time. Then I went to the old office building because I didn't know they moved and the receptionist never even mentioned it when I called and made the appointment. Anyways I got there at 3:12. 2 minutes after the 10 minutes grace period and they wouldn't even make a little exception after I explained everything. Oh yeah what grace they gave. So find a doctor that has a 15 minute grace period. Because I guess they are so perfect that they don't think life and circumstances happen. So I give 0 stars.

I'm not sure why anyone has left bad reviews here. I had a wonderfully pleasant experience with no wait and plenty of friendly smiles. They even have a cute fish at the check-in that waves at you! Everyone is happy, smiling, and wants your experience to be enjoyable!

This place is ridiculous i waited almost an entire month for my glasses to come in the lady said not to call she will. I waited and waited i finally call today and they told me they are here i just didnt get notified. What a joke! I paid over 200 dollars for glasses i didn't even like because they legit have nothing cute. I could of ordered off off zenni for less got them faster and they would od been cute. I am very upset and i will pick up my glasses and will NEVER be back.
