Clear Image Eye Center

Meticulously chose my frames, even brought someone else along for a second opinion because glasses never fit my face well and I really wanted a pair that would make me feel confident. I FINALLY found a pair. I go to get them today and she gave me the WRONG FRAMES I pointed this out and she doubled down insisting they were the right ones. They aren't they are the opposite of what I ordered in almost every way. I even took it to the person who helped me choose and they noted even more things that made it obvious they weren't the same but can't do anything about it besides leave a review.

They are absolutely wonderful! I love the doctor, the staff, and especially the kind, patient, amazing lady that helps you with your glasses and contacts all around. Top shelf! The entire office.

There one of the best eye staff I been seeing I love every thing about there shop there like the kindest best glasses I every have .

Dr. Stephanie is very kind, and very thorough. She also takes the time to answer questions & provide education even when you can see she is very busy! The staff, from the ladies up front, the technician who performs the machine testing, and the staff who helps you order glasses/contacts are ALL polite, helpful, and friendly. I appreciate when ordering my glasses and contacts, the lady helps me by giving price breakdowns & show me what insurance will cover, so I can make an informed decision because my eyes cost me A LOT of money. I also think they have a large selection of adult frames to choose from! My only complaint is it seems like the frames are all so expensive....there are only a few "cheaper" or more affordable options and usually those can't be used with someone like me, with a high prescription. (Maybe frames are just this expensive everywhere...) I also wish there were more kids frame choices. But, overall, always a very good experience! Thank you!

I love the actual eye doctor from this office is great but the front desk "megan", has the worst customer service, in person and over the phone. over the phone sounds like she hates her life and would prefer to do something else than to help who's on the phone. customer service and friendliness training would be highly recommended from this customer to front desk person. they should start practicing maybe to smile while on the phone so they don't sound like they hate their job :D.

Absolutely love this place and the staff are AMAZING . Megan at the front desk is one of the nicest, sweet and caring person I have met in a long time! The doctor is great also!! I would definitely recommend this place to ANYONE!! You girls are the best.
