Tried to set up appointment, first of all they don't answer the phone, they send you a text. Finally they called me and said I need a referral from my Doctor, which my doctor sent the next day. Never heard anything from them and it's been almost 2 weeks. Needless to say went somewhere else.

The personnel were all very professional, supportive and friendly. Doctor Hornberger's inspection, attention to detail and prescription creation was all top notch. Now the prices for the glasses, even with my insurance was above what I expected, but with the quality of the glasses and the above mentioned service you get what you pay for. With my particular insurance they told me that It might be 2 to 3 weeks before the glasses came in.

My appointment at BFEC was a very good experience! I went because my eyes were continually itchy and reading had become very blurry. I hadn't had an eye exam in over ten years and I started noticing a change in my vision. It was very easy to make an appointment with Dr. Hornberger and they fit me in within a week. The care and thoughtfulness that Dr. Hornberger and her staff showed me was fantastic. I thought my last exam was thorough but it was nothing like the exam I had here. Everything in the office is state of the art. Dr. Hornberger explained the entire exam in a way that was easy to understand, and she gave me several choices for correcting my vision.

The office is very clean, tidy and spacious. All the staff were very professional, polite and eager to please. Dr Hornberger was very knowledgeable and really has your health as her top priority. She was very welcoming and seemed sincerely interested to make sure my visit was as smooth as possible. I didn't feel rushed to get in and out but rather invited to take as much time as needed. I also ordered a new pair of glasses and the selection was second to none. Two thumbs up for Bright Family Eye Care! I will definitely recommend to anyone who asks.
