The doctor was extremely rude that I should dare to ask him a question. He was so annoyed he had to conduct an exam. They told me I had to have their $700 frames, because prescriptions didn't work elsewhere. They kept calling me to come in during a worldwide deadly pandemic. Nothing about them suggests they actually care about you. They just want to swindle you

I didn't appreciate the look the lady who took the pictures of my eyes gave me. At some point I did not understand the directions she gave me and when I told her to repeat she rolled her eyes and looked at me like I was dumb; as someone who only gets his eyes checked as an annual routine that was not appreciated it.
Also why are patients being charged for eye photos? I don't know if this is normal but I assumed insurance would be billed for this but no I had to pay out of pocket.
Only thing nice thing about it was the Dr, he was kind and did explain everything thoroughly.
As I mentioned earlier, I don't have any eye problems and just like to get a yearly routine, I don't believe this was the most friendly place for me and most likely will be trying a different place.

Horrible experience. Extremely high pressure and awkward sales. Then when it came to glasses never even tried to explain what they were trying to sell to me or why. Eventually called insurance and move to different company and insurance deals with their violations. Dr himself was quite nice and patient which is a shame.

I picked a new pair of frames but wanted a different color. When they came they asked me to come see them to make sure I liked the color.
