Terrible customer service. The supposed "owner" was EXTREMELY rude. For no reason. Suggest they need a refresher course in customer service. I will never recommend anyone around this area to go to such rude and unprofessional place. Not until she gets her act together.

I was a new patient going in and I was treated with warmth and kindness. When I had questions about how my insurance worked they were very good at explaining to me what I could get and very helpful by asking all the right questions to make sure I was happy with the frames I picked out! The eye exam was very quick and the doctor was really nice! I was nervous at first since it had been so long since my last eye exam but the doctor's vibes put me at ease.

Everyone was great! Dr. Haugland has been my eye doctor for years. He is awesome! They lady that helped me in the store with my new glasses was amazing! Super friendly, very knowledgable, and very thorough with options. She explained my options very well. Lab Tech George even made me temp lenses made that same day so I could wear my new glasses right away while I wait for my custom lenses! Best one-stop-shop for your eyes! Highly recommended!!! A+ and a perfect 10!

The staff at Pearl Vision were fantastic - offering her immediate assistance, not hesitating to contact her optometrist to get her prescription. With an in-house lab on site, we were able to come in late afternoon and pick-up her new glasses the next morning. Absolutely a lifesaver!! I was thrilled that Pearle Vision was finally in my network for my insurance because I had gone there before and absolutely loved everyone there. Dr. Haugland was the doctor that I had before and asked for him again. He is so thorough and makes you feel so comfortable with his relaxed and witty personality. The whole staff is awesome and friendly not to mention super helpful! I was forced to go to other eye care facilities because of insurance reasons and none gave me the treatment and the care that I got through Pearle Vision in Ames!! Love you guys!
