Linda Thomsen is my eye Dr and is good at her job . I mainly have issues with the people who are supposed to measuring and ordering my glasses. Last year I had issues but when I tried calling no calls were returned. So I ended up wearing my 3 year old glasses with a very old prescription. It was the only pair I was able to wear with out paying a whole bunch of out of pocket costs for last yrs lenses being messed up plus never returning my calls. I could have had them corrected if they had bothered to call me back within I believe 30 days return at no cost to me. Plus I was charged for the frames that were already used before when I got the claim on my insurance. Unfortunately nothing I could do. Just because no one called me back. Over a year ago.

First off always a great experience on the optometry side, dealing with retail side is a whole different story. Ordered new glasses after my exam, they were not cheap. After weeks that turned in months of waiting, no call backs and when they did respond was just told they are still be processed at the lab. After 90 days I filed a claim with my HSA, finally glasses after months glasses were in. Assumed the HSA claim got them moving. When I picked them up, they offered a free prescription set of sunglasses for my wait. I thought "Hey that's great customer service". Only to find out that because I had made the HSA claim, they cancelled the sunglasses order and I won't be receiving. Way to double dip on the crappy customer service. Do yourself a favor, read their reviews and find somewhere else to go for your eye care.

After my eye exam with Dr.Tom I picked out frames and asked if I could get safety lenses in them and was told I could so I ordered them, Two weeks later they were in. I went to pick them up I noticed they weren't safety lenses. I was told they couldn't get them with safety lenses(No phone call to let me know before they were made) I said ok I'll get a pair of safety glasses, picked them out and ordered. two weeks later safety glasses were in and I picked them up. I had issues seeing with both pair and went back figure out the problem. The tri focal was positioned incorrectly in the lens. I returned both pair to be remade. Two weeks later I got calls and text messages that my glasses were in. I went to pick them up and my original pair had been remade but not the safety glasses. When I questioned the techs had no answer. I called the next day and was told they wouldn't warranty them. So I have a pair of glasses I can't wear and was told Michelle would call me. This was in September . I went to my appointment on Oct. 7 to see Dr.Tom. I told him the story of my glasses. I gave him my safety glasses and he told the office staff that my glasses needed to be fixed and to have Michelle call me. A week later no call from Michelle or any action on the glasses. I left a message for Dr, Tom to call me. The next day I recieved a call from the office and was told the Doctor didn't return calls and that Michelle would call me. It is now November 10 and still no call from Michelle!!! Does she even exist? Horrible customer service!!! And still no glasses that have been paid for in full!!

Dr Thom Thompson is excellent! Went on June 19th order new glasses and lenses, 2 weeks went to pickup and couldn't read anything through them. Said would order new lenses today July 23rd and still nothing. Will not order glasses again through them. Here it is September and still don't have my glasses. Please tell me who the owner is so I can talk to them.

Have been coming there, till this winter. A gal called me telling me my appointment was on a week day. I explained that I needed a Saturday appointment. She got very rude. And never called me back with the correct appointment day. I went as some where else.

The doctors and staff at Family Vision Center are great to work with and are willing to go above and beyond the call of duty to take care of us, especially when our frames need repair.

Very professional and polite staff. My 2nd year going, and I will continue. Great experience.

Very nice people working there thoroughly did their job great and we're very friendly actually enjoyed myself
