I've been going to American Eyecare since I was a kid, and now I bring my children. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer any questions. If items that are repaired or ordered are delayed for pick up, staff is great about calling to give clients that update. American Eyecare's Burlington office is just a great resource for eye care to the area.

Staff is friendly and examination was great, only problem is having my glasses ready for pickup. Called on a Monday was told their working on the tinting may be ready Tuesday afternoon so I ho in Tuesday afternoon was told not ready until Wednesday afternoon. Here it is Wednesday afternoon No phone call saying they are ready and not a person will answer the phone and its 4:05 PM. Update. Thursday finally answer the phone, was told one of the lens has the wrong prescription in it.gotta wait til Tuesday or Wednesday next week.My out of town trip is now being postponed. Thank you to the gentleman on phone with some answers..

Quick, fast, and actually listened to my input when I thought one eye wasn't quite right. He found i was correct and improved my vision even better. Plus I never knew why I always had that crusty stuff in my eye lids. He explained and prescribed an eye drop that will fox the issue. Very great! I will be back next year!
