I purchased a great deal for two months ago and got the best service you could ask for. I broke a set the other day, my daily. Drive in and just as usual very fast to greet you and ask what they can help with. Unfortunately they didn't have my style frame so couldn't fast swap but the worker told me I'm still under Warrenty and he placed a new set. Only a week or so out because the glare is need. Great Team in there!! Thank you all!
Very happy with my experience! I was able to get a same day appointment and a new prescription. Victoria was wonderful to work with regarding picking frames that look best for my face shape and took the time to really listen to my preferences. She showed me so many different styles that were in my range of preference! Thank you Victoria!
I am an optician at a local provider, and I do not believe whoever answered the phone this morning should be anywhere near the healthcare field. I do acknowledge and understand we all go through things, but how I was spoken to today was immensely inappropriate and uncalled for. I have been in this field for 3 years and have worked all the way from Des Moines to Cedar Rapids and I have never been so clearly disrespected by another office in my career. In our industry smooth communication between offices is vital for ensuring patients receive timely and optimal care. Being met with such a negative and unprofessional demeanor makes it difficult to facilitate that standard. For the sake of the patients we both serve, I hope management will address this behavior to ensure a more collaborative and respectful work environment moving forward, as the current front desk experience does a disservice to the clinical services we provide for our community. Office to office collaboration is essential. Having to navigate a consistently hostile environment just to facilitate routine patient care is unacceptable. Unfortunately, the receptionist I spoke with was dismissive, her tone was confrontational and her verbage was highly informal. At this time, I can no longer view the experiences I've had with this office as isolated 'bad days,' but rather as a consistent failure in professional decorum.
Heather This is a best place to visit for your eyes exam and purchase glasses. The lady at front desk named "Heather " she was very nice to me. She is helpful , respectful and kind. She knows customer service jobs very well. She also knows how to treat clients appropriately.. I will always visit this store because Heather.

Had some issues with some insurance authorizations. Spoke with a young woman named Tiffany. She was amazing, incredibly kind, incredibly helpful and genuinely seemed to care about the situation. One of the most pleasant people Ive spoken on a call with in a long time. With things like AI and out sourced employees, speaking to someone sincere like Tiffany is a blessing. Having that call with her cemented my choice to make an appointment despite the circumstances that lead to me calling.
I'm leaving 5 stars because I'm smart enough to know that the receptionist doesn't represent the entire company. I feel bad for any customer or the sweet ladies that have to work in this toxic environment daily, they deserve better, and you have her as a first contact. Crazy!!!!
Upon entry the receptionist was on the phone with a customer, rolling her eyes, "mam it's not my issue that your insurance doesn't cover that". Took a mental note, wow, she's kinda rude. I work in customer service and would be fired on the spot if I treated anybody that way. The circus that ensued after I left is way too long to type here, I'll just tell you this, If you keep her where she is, you're going to lose a lot of business. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. This affected me to the point that I actually called out sick to retrieve my scripts so I could come in on her day off and not have to deal with this scary, angry woman you employ.
On to the good: Ella and Victoria are absolute queens. Victoria had a family emergency and stayed to do my appointment, I can't and don't have words for how sweet she was, she always has a smile and makes you feel right at home. Ella was so encouraging and sweet when doing my contact class. I appreciate them both so much. They are both warm and welcoming, even in their worst days, and I know for a fact it was a terrible day for Victoria as she had an emergency in the family, she kept her composure and stayed professional, an absolute gem. Keep her because she's special.
If it weren't for them I wouldn't have come back. The woman who works the front desk could use a lesson and learn from both these women, making your customers cry and treating them like garbage isn't how you get paid, just the opposite. There is no reason to make people feel bad, we feel bad enough, we can't see.
Thanks Victoria and Ella for being great! You both deserve raises and kudos! Keep up the good works ladies! You are both absolute angels and I hope your work situation becomes more positive in the future!!
The Manager is EXCELLENT, great doctors, excellent care and changing the prescription took away the headache. The black lady with a turbant at the front desk was rude, horrible demeanor, she was nasty amd disrespectful to her own Manager in front of costumer, I was so upset witnessing how she treated her own supervisor, ut was disturbing, she was super rude over the phone, I don't think she should be in costumer service, she can't even say Good morning or smile when she receives a costumer, is very bad image for the company.
Receptionist was extremely unpleasant to get things off to a great start. She seemed new - which is fine. But being horrible is a choice even if you are new and or ignorant. Then I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time and still didn't have any idea when I might see a doctor. So I left. You have medical choices - this would be a really bad one. Find someone who cares.
