Dr. Wilson was very kind and listened to my concern and I finally got help with my eye issue. I did not experience the same great care from other staff that resulted in delaying my care as well as potentially billing me for an un needed visit. Dr Wilson was very understanding and assured me she would find out what happened. Again I cannot say enough good things about her, she was great

I saw Dr. Wilson for a Refractive Lens Exchange surgery. She was very detailed in explaining the procedure during my initial consultation. The day of the surgery, she took the time to discuss the procedure again and answer any questions. I felt extrememly comfortable before, during and after the procedure. If you are looking for an eye surgeon, I would strongly recommend Dr. Caroline Wilson.

Dr. Wilson is a very skilled , kind, & compassionate doctor. She did my left cataract, but sadly I just learned she is leaving and won't be doing my right one this Tuesday as scheduled. I'm so sad. Wolfe Eye Clinic is losing a gem.

I have had three of the most common eye surgeries done by Wolfe physicians with great results from them all. Dr. Wilson is a new cornea/cataract surgeon. On first visit she did well at explaining procedures and answering question. I look forward to the surgery and better vision. The new facility is a vast improvement over their prior one downtown. What I don't understand is their insistence that every one of the waiting rooms is populated with a large tv with the audio one on. MY WISH WOULD BE TO HAVE ONE ROOM WITH NO UNWANTED AUDIO OR VIDEO!! (One star deduction for TV nonsense)

PLEASE READ. Essentially, I took my 90 yo mother to her eye appointment and after waiting an hour and 5 minutes past the scheduled appointment time I asked the Office Manager to check on how much longer it was going to be explaining our situation. He immediately went and checked on the wait and informed us we were next. I shared my disappointment in weighting that long with zero information from any of the staff. As I explained, I understand schedules get backed up but give me the opportunity to decide for myself if I am able or even want to wait that long. Not to mention, my mother had another doctors appointment that was scheduled for 1.5 hours after then initial time she was scheduled for and you didn't even allow me the opportunity to decide if I now need to reschedule that. To my surprise, he listened intently, offered no excuses and apologized. No canned or lacking empathy responses that seem to have become so common. This is why I didn't give my initial rating of 1 star replacing it with 5. bravo!

My office experience was wonderful. Dr. Wilson and her assistants were very nice and professional. Dr. Wilson explained my upcoming eye surgery procedure very well. Bob L

I went in for a LASIK consultation with Dr Wilson. The staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. They were very thorough with the exam to make sure they didn't miss anything and answered any questions I had. Dr. Wilson was great and made me feel comfortable with making the decision to have lasik done.

Dr. Wilson performed my LASIK in January. I was apprehensive about the procedure, as anyone would be. I was immediately put at ease due to her education, awards, societal memberships, and fellowship in Cataract, Cornea, Glaucoma and Refractive Surgery. In addition, she is a well-renowned ophthalmologist. She was highly recommended to me by a number of other ophthalmologists. She and her team made me feel extremely comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. Any time I get to talk about my LASIK experience, I cannot recommend Dr.Wilson enough.
