I'm from out of town, so you can imagine my panic when my contact ripped and a chunk of it was still on my eye and I was no where near my optometrist. For some reason, eye doctors are very scarce on Saturdays, so after 8 other stores we found this one. I was lucky to get in within two hours of calling. From the receptionist to the doctor, it was just the most pleasant experience. So friendly, so informative, and the doctor was so gentle with getting the piece out. I highly recommend!
