Dr. DM Fitzgerald & Associates

I would like to take the time to thank Dr Fitzgerald and her team for being patient and kind to me throughout my eye appointments I've had the past few weeks.I have been dealing with some major vision changes and she for right down to the bottom of it quickly and she explained everything I can do to fix my issue and I don't always get that care at other Drs offices. Thank you for your help and hopefully I'm going in the right direction to feeling better soon-marissa

I originally went to Fitzgerald and Associates a couple years ago for an eye exam as I felt I probably needed glasses. I have never had eye problems or the need to wear glasses. I was called back over 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment with no explanation or apology. I felt like I was rushed through my exam with little to no explanation about my vision only told I would need glasses. At that point I was sent back out front and told the glasses are all over there, basically figure it out on your own. I received no help in what to look for in purchasing a pair of glasses. More recently I went to get a pair of safety glasses as my employer uses Fitzgerald and Associates. Still not impressed. I received very little help, just shown a bunch of random glasses all thrown in drawers and felt it was up to me to figure it out. I even had to point out to the associate that the styles she was showing me were not allowed at my work as stated directly on the paperwork I gave her. When I finally made my decision and went to pick them up, the associate ordered the wrong pair.

Props to Jason who was amazingly helpful for me in picking out artistic gemtoned frames after having been helped by someone else and selecting frames that did not work with my prescription or face shape. He offered to preselect frames for them to be remade based on all these factors that has not previously been told to me. Thanks Jason!

She has been taking care of my eyes for many years...she is the best! Always professional and compassionate.

Dr.Fitzgerald is beyond amazing! I called her clinic because I was having extreme dizziness from having a seizure. During the seizure I fell and hit my head. I went to ENT, and Neurologist trying to figure out what was going on and I got no where until I walked into Dr. Fitzgeralds office. Her exams and team found things and were able to treat it!! After ONE appointment my vestibular system was better and the dizziness was gone! They saved me through a tough time. I highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care, stroke, TBI, dizziness, or anything related! Not hesitate to call!

Been 2 weeks and still no glasses. My wife and son went to another company for their glasses and they picked them up 5 days later. This is completely unacceptable considering Dr Fitzgerald's office charges 2-3 times more than about anyone else. This will be my last time I do business with them. Update talked to Theresa and she couldn't have been more rude. This just goes to show my feelings are validated

I started seeing Dr. Fitzgerald after I had a stroke in December 2020. Not only did she help me to understand that my cognitive skills were affected by the stroke, but special thanks to the people at Vision in Motion who helped me get my skills on track and realize how valuable a year's worth of neurotherapy would aid me in getting my life back on track. Thank you Dr. Fitzgerald and team because you helped me be me again.

I have been here about 3 years. I'm currently working on switching to a different eye doctors because my personal experience has not been great. First, my eye prescription was incorrect. I had to go in and pay to get new lenses and contacts because of it. Recently, I went in to get my lenses changed and was told over the phone that my lenses were in and to just walk in and to drop them off, so they would be fixed. Upon arriving, I was told that "Nobody told me that on the phone." The man assumed I was lying about being told to walk in. I explained my situation and he definitely didn't believe me. I told him I would come back later with an appointment and he told me he would just get me in right then. I felt as if his tone was rude. I don't want to be treated as I am lying. This was an honest mistake by the receptionist, but to be treated like this was uncalled for. I have never made Google review before, so this was bad enough for me to do it.
