I love picking out frames here. I was able to call them before coming in and ask what may insurance covered. Dr. and staff were very friendly. The Dr. asked the right questions and explained steps as we went through the eye exam. Staff helped pick out glasses. Daunting part is picking out all the specs to go with your lens, they helped make that painless by giving them and out of pocket limit. They did my measurements with my new frames. Checking out was pretty simple as well. They explained the cost before you check out so that way after your good to go. Before leaving they let you know a window of when your new frames will be ready.

The eye doctor she was very informative with how my diabetes would effect my vision . She took the time to explain everything. None of my other exams( I'm 74) have taken the time to explain the pictures of my eyes. Very happy would recommend them.

I signed up for the exam and got a message that it was a digital exam. The technician would be in the room and the Dr. would be via tv screen. After the Dr. said that she wouldn't be able to tell me if my dry eyes were caused by issues that she would have been able to see if she was in the room with me I made her repeat that statement. I needed a complete exam for my issue that is getting worse but that was not an option for me. So for me this was not what I needed in an exam.

Wonderful experience - I walked in with my mom and was greeted right away. We only waited a minute or two until I was ushered into my appointment. Dr. Mortensen took the time to ask about my vision history, listened to my issues, and explained my options. It was a professional yet friendly and comfortably vision exam.
