Dr. Olivia is a kind and competent eye doctor. We always have a detailed conversation about my eyes and she answers all questions. She also takes the time to get to know you as a person. The entire office is kind and caring. I highly recommend!
Thank you
Everything was awesome! It was my first time there and I walked in "blind". Not knowing the layout I looked around for desk or person to talk to. It wasn't immediately clear where to go (despite seeing the signs for a window). I eventually caught a voice and found a wonderfully nice young woman at a window. The window I couldn't seem to see? Anyway, her greeting was the most positive greeting at any eye care practice I've been to in my life. It was so nice to have on my first visit there!
Dr. Lori Digmann. She's why I moved to your practice. And I'm so happy I did. Honestly, your whole team is complete with her. Every staff interaction I had there was positive and frankly the best visit I've ever had at an Eye doctor. Thanks for the awesome visit!
Unfortunately, I feel taken advantage of. I brought in my 10 year old to get fitted for contacts. She sees an ophthalmologist at another facility. She did not need an eye exam, yet they forced us to get and pay for one because it was their "process." This also cost me a lot of money since insurance will only pay for so many in a year. The prescription they gave was way too strong, and they had it the same for both eyes which we've never had in 6 years. Then, they made us keep coming back to work with the contacts instead of giving us the prescription, or letting us purchase so we could work on it at home. After 3 visits, we decided to go elsewhere in town. The other place we went was happy to use the prescription from our ophthalmologist, sized her, ordered the contacts, and sent us on our way. We've had much more success working with them at home on our own.
Please adjust your "process." You wasted both my money and my time.
You know the scene from pretty woman when she goes into the store and the store associates judge her based on what she's wearing and how she looks. Yeah, same kind of thing happened to me. I had just dropped the baby off at daycare and I was running so many errands so I didn't look my best (which really shouldn't matter anyway) But I came in in leggings and a baggy sweatshirt, my hair in a messy bun. Typical mom look on her one day off a week trying to get as much done as she can. And the associates looked at me up and down and rudely told me that the cheaper glasses were on one side of the wall & didn't show me any other glasses and when I proceeded to try and ask questions, they didn't seem very receptive or respectful so instead, I'm gonna go to LensCrafters or Fitzgerald eye in hopes that the associates there are professional and willing to actually help me and not be judgmental
I have been coming here for years and each year I wonder why I return. The hidden fees and additional undisclosed charges are out of control. The staff is polite but just follow a script and repeat the same thing over and over again. I addressed this last year and was told how I needed to schedule my appointment and check in, to avoid the additional charges, however, even though I followed the instructions I was given last year, I was still charged additional fees and the explanation boils down to verbiage and coding. I told the staff when I made my appointment and checked in that I only wanted 1 service and specifically only what was covered by my insurance. I am not an opthomolgist or a tech to know exactly what they are doing. Well, I received additional services that I specifically requested I did not want and then still expected to pay for it. I will not be returning after this last visit and I am looking into a way to report this clinic. After reading recent reviews, it's clear this clinic is only concerned with making money and "requiring" things so they can charge more, all without being upfront or honest about what they are doing and the fees associated.
I have taken my daughter to Miller since she was 14 months old. The past 2 visits (2024 & 2025) have been less than perfect. I have tried to keep an open mind, because good help is hard to find anymore, but in 2024, the optician told my 9 year old "I don't like those glasses on you." I told my daughter that it doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, she's the one that has to wear them. Way to boost a child's confidence Miss Optician! I gave them another try, thinking someone was having a bad day. In 2025, we couldn't even get the glasses after waiting months. We gave up and asked for a refund. I understand this is a manufacturer issue, but not once was I notified that it could be MONTHS (if at all) to receive glasses. We've also had issues with ordering contacts for my husband. Every time that I have called in over the recent months, each person I talk to, seems very unknowledgeable.
Best clinic I have ever been too! Helpful and kind staff. Experienced and caring doctors. Recommend 100%
Dr. Miller and the entire team were incredibly kind, thorough, and detail-oriented. The visit was remarkably efficient, and the professionalism extended to everyone I interacted with--the check-in staff, the technologist, and the check-out team were all great. Highly recommend!
