incredible company, super welcoming and made it fun picking out glasses and they were quick but super nice, highly recommend to come here if you need help with your vision!

I usually put off getting new glasses for as long as I can. It is so hard to make a decision and usually takes a bit of time. Today was the best and fastest experience I've ever had! Staff was very helpful and they did an awesome job of suggesting frames and helping me narrow it down and I was in and out within 30 minutes, probably less! I would recommend Target Optical for anyone needing glasses. The service was top notch!

Staff are friendly and helpful without being pushy, which is awesome (especially compared to some other Eyewear stores). Elizabeth was lovely to work with today. I appreciate that appointments are on time, they offer a great selection of frames, and my previous pair of Target optical glasses have held up well for a year!

Got my progressive glasses at Target and right away they had to remake the lens on the one side because it was way off, blurred no matter where I looked through them. Got the replacement and they were still off but I gave it a couple weeks. I also had my doctor check them. He found that they cut the reading section to short and narrow; the intermediate section too narrow and more so on one side with it also being too narrow vertically as well. In addition to that, there is a chromatic aberration to just about everything I look at. If it is red, I see a yellow shadow and dark or metal has a very obvious blue shadow. I know progressives have a more narrow line of sight than other glasses but this was really bad. I also thought it was strange that they used a computer tablet a good 2 1/2-3 feet from me and just said to look straight ahead to measure where pupils should be. I don't see how there is any accuracy in that. The girls in the shop are nice but the experience was not positive. They did not give me a hard time about refunding my purchase. I will have to go spend a bit more at a private optical shop to get my glasses done right.

I LOVE Elizabeth! She is so personable and I try to come when she is here because we can chat. She is super knowledgeable about all the products. I like to have staff pick the glasses for me and she nails it right every time!

My experience with Target Optical was top-notch. Elizabeth helped me find wonderful frames. My glasses arrived quickly. The lenses are excellent. I highly recommend Target Optical.

Amazing experience after looking for glasses a few other places with no luck. Elizabeth was incredibly helpful through the whole process, and I appreciated the honest feedback since I was shopping alone. She was able to look up my insurance and prescription quickly and the turn around time was accurate.

Love Dr Tracy - she's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and fun. And she does a great job answering my questions. Elizabeth in the frame dept was quite helpful and personable. Overall a great experience.
