I used their online "Make an Appointment" feature and specifically requested a 2:00 PM call time because I work second shift. Instead, I received a call at 8:53 AM. I answered immediately, and the call was disconnected.
When I called back later to make the appointment, I explained what had happened so they could hopefully address it. Rather than acknowledging the issue, I was told, "We don't really have the luxury of calling you exactly at the time you request -- we just try to get the calls out."
There's a clear difference between being off by an hour or two and completely disregarding a requested time by more than five hours. If requested time windows aren't actually considered, the online scheduling tool shouldn't give the impression that they are.
Between the dropped call and the dismissive response, this wasn't a great first impression. I'll be choosing a different provider.

Dr. Willis was wonderful. He explained my condition and was great. What wasn't great was my wait experience. I was taken back for an eye scan and then back to the waiting room, then called back for an eye test and then back to the waiting room. My total time spent was two hours and 10 minutes for my appointment. I have never had to wait that long and I know with a scan there is a delay but nothing like this. I had plans that I had to postpone, it was just very frustrating.
