Bought 2 new pairs of glasses. Less then 1 month after having them one of the pairs lenses rippled because of heat. Because I didn't buy the insurance they wouldn't do anything for me. Ridiculous they won'tstand behind their product!!! I had my last pair over 15 yrs with no problems and they won't stand behind something thats less then a month old because I didn't by insurance. What a scam. Definitely won't be going back.

They were great! Although I didn't have an exam but Cheryl was really nice and caring. I felt bad for her because she was the only person there when My mom and I were getting my glasses and insurance figured out on a Sunday. It took a while but sometimes you gotta be patient with others because it may not be a good day for them. It didn't cost much, just about 30 dollars which isn't a lot.

Went in for an exam and new glasses, they had me pay for my glasses out of pocket and then gave me a form to submit to my insurance. Later found out walmart was supposed to be the ones to check eligibility and submit the claim so it can be reimbursed as in-network. Submitting the claim myself caused the reimbursement to be out-of-network. Talked with my insurance and the manager to have something worked out. Walmart was unable to even find my file and claimed I was never there. Not sure if they found my file but their solution was to have me return my glasses and then buy a new pair to have them reimbursed correctly. No longer have my receipt because it was sent to the insurance along with the form they had me fill out.
The service was great at the time but after this ill be going elsewhere. They have 2.2 stars on google for a reason

Very limited to when you can make an appointment. Can only see an eye doctor on Wednesdays or Thursdays. Then takes more than 1 hour and 20 minutes for contact appointment so have to come back. The day of my appointment, they call and cancel. Absolutely ridiculous!! Are you a real eye clinic or not?? Because does not seem that way.

They clearly don't know what their doing. They told me to send my register receipt in to my insurance and then when I needed to return the contacts they can't do it because I don't have that receipt. I'm now out money and won't ever return or recommend!!

Come 42 miles to pick up glasses dont open till noon and not open because of weather the snow was done way before noon. So now have to make another tripnothapy.
