Absolutely horrible service. They treated my husband with such disrespect it was appalling. . He is a disabled veteran. He asked if he could have a doctors note for his eye injury because he can sleep and can't focus on a screen for 12 hour . The doctor/ optometrist was absolutely horrible to him ! Dr Hoagland was rude and very snobbish . Would not explain anything to my husband he then stated " I don't give work not to people who can work with a rude snarf remark!!! "Absolutely unacceptable behavior and unacceptable attitude unacceptable Care . Don't go or waste your time with this abusive provider .

Staff was all very nice! They were excellent! And will answer anything questions you have in the nicest way possible!! 5 stars. Definitely recommend

Doctor was nice. I drove from another town just to use them because they said my insurance would pay for the appointment. I asked twice & was assured it would. Then, because they coded the claim differently than they said they would, the insurance didn't pay it so they sent me the bill. Not my idea of good business practice.

Absolutely recommend to all my friends and family!! We have received amazing care! The staff is very nice and polite and the doctors are very caring!! Dr. Hoaglund especially!!! I cant give him enough praise for his care of his patients, follow up and kindness!! We are so grateful for his help and care! He is amazing at his job and people can go to him knowing they will be well cared for! The best hands down!

The doctor was good. Had to get new glasses was told they would call when they were in 4 weeks later I called to see if they were in and they were. I told them my daughter would pick them up the next day and when she showed up they were closed for classes. You would think they could have told me they would be closed.

I had a great experience at Vision Care Clinic in Denison. When I walk in the door they always call me by name and are always very friendly. My eye examine is always very thorough. I trust what Dr. Brownmiller and all of his staff explain to me. If I have questions they always answer them without making feel like it is a silly question. I would recommend going to Vision Care Clinic. The doctors are fantastic and knowledgeable. The staff is very friendly.
